Working with Craig taught me that I could listen with my eyes as well as my ears. This allowed me to take in all the information that was being offered by the other person. I’m a talent agent working with lifestyle experts managing their media careers and negotiating deals on their behalf. One of the biggest problems I had was going into meetings and negotiations and not being able to read the room. I didn’t know if things were going well and if my approach was being effective.
